Laser Hair Reduction
Laser hair removal uses a laser to remove unwanted hair by damaging the hair follicle, which inhibits future hair growth Periods 6 to 8 sessions are recommended for optimal results, laser hair removal is an effective method of reducing ingrown hairs and preventing scarring that results from inflammation and infection caused by the ingrown hair.
Treatment areas: small: lips, chin, sideburns, fingers, toes, ears, or nose would be considered a small areas in terms of treatment.
Medium: underarms, bikini area, lower face, upper face, the front of the neck, the back of the neck, and the lower abdomen between the belly button and the bikini line are each considered to be a medium area in terms of treatment.
Large: lower legs, full arms, chest, full abdomen, upper back, lower back, or buttocks are examples of a large treatment area.
Extra-large: full leg, full back, or chest with abdomen are an extra-large treatment area

Laser VeinReduction
Laser vein reduction is a noninvasive therapy that uses a highly focused laser beam of light to target the color within a blood vessel and provide a controlled injury to the vessel. Essentially, the injury causes an occlusion of the blood supply to the vessel which is then absorbed by the body. May be required for the full elimination of the vessel. Vessels appropriate for laser vein reduction are spider veins or slightly larger. Varicose veins are treated by a vascular specialist.
IPL PhotoFacial
IPL stands for intense pulsed light. this non-surgical therapy is utilized to lighten brown pigment, treat blemishes, and smooth fine lines while improving the tone and texture of the skin. The procedure is often referred to as a photo facial treatment and can be performed anywhere on the body. With IPL, the therapy light converts to heat that targets deeper layers of skin to break up the pigmentation and blood cells that cause discoloration. As the treated area heals, your skin produces healthy elastin and collagen to restore your skin to its natural condition and give you a more youthful appearance. IPL works best when done in a series. We suggest a series of three treatments spaced approximately 4 weeks apart. This therapy should not be performed on tanned skin. We recommend no sun exposure in the weeks prior to treatment and at least one week after treatment. This therapy may be purchased as an individual session or in a package.

Laser Genesis is a laser therapy exclusive to Cutera brand of lasers. The treatment gently heats the upper dermal layer of skin to effectively treat issues such as diffuse redness such as that associated with rosacea and acne, large pores, fine lines, scars, and other texture imperfections. This treatment is described by patients as comfortable, like ” laying in the sun”. There is no pain or recovery time associated. Your skin will glow immediately after the first treatment; however, this is temporary. For the full benefit of this therapy, we advise a full regimen of 6 sessions spaced apart by 2-3 weeks. This therapy is often added to other treatments such as micro-needling with platelet-rich plasma and Diamond Glow facials.

Patients should moisturize the treatment area and avoid direct sun exposure. It is also recommended that patients use a good, broad spectrum sunscreen every day. In addition to reducing their future risk of skin cancer, sunscreens also reduce wrinkles and slow the aging process.
