MK-677 is a hormone secretion compound that stimulates the pituitary gland to increase the production of human growth hormone. Ibutamoren is a long-acting, peptide agonist of the ghrelin receptor and a growth hormone secretagogue, imitating the growth hormone (GH)-stimulating the action of the endogenous hormone ghrelin. This peptide is taken orally at night in doses of 12.5mg and 25 mg. A typical dose is 25 mg.
