Intravenous Vitamins and injectable vitamins - supplements

Living a healthy lifestyle can feel like a lot of work! Even with exercise and an attempt to eat the right foods in the right amounts, it’s difficult to know that you’re getting the perfect balance of nutrients in your diet—especially since needs vary by person and can change over time. Vegans and vegetarians may struggle even more to get certain essential substances from a solely plant-based diet. And since so many people are already balancing stressful lives and demanding schedules, making sure you’re getting what you need to stay in optimal health might not be the first item on your to-do list.

If you’re dealing with constant fatigue, headaches, “brain fog,” dry or tired-looking skin, dehydration, or frequent illness, you’ve probably already searched for ways to improve these symptoms. Many people take vitamins to remedy the effects of poor nutrition and stress, but oral vitamins can cause digestive upset and don’t always get absorbed well by the body. Always getting the right balance of nutrients from eating an ideal variety of freshly made, perfectly-portioned foods isn’t very realistic for most (unless you happen to have a nutritionist and chef in residence).

If the process of maintaining your wellness through nutrition has your head spinning, relax. There’s another way to support your body’s essential functions—and it involves sitting comfortably as you receive an IV Vitamin Infusion.

Nutrient deficiency can lead to serious problems, and even a mild lack of key nutrients can mean a decreased overall feeling of wellness. The body can only absorb 5-20% of oral vitamins, but intravenous vitamins bypass the digestive tract and are absorbed by the body 100%. An IV Vitamin Infusion is the fast lane to wellness support. And since we only use hospital-grade substances when administering our IVs, you can be confident that your treatment will be both potent and safe.

After IV therapy, it is usually a good idea to: In a nutshell, keep going with the cocktails and make sure that you inform the clinic you had your IVs regarding side effects if any. Most of these should pass and in the long run, you will have healthier cells.

  • Avoid alcohol for a while to allow your liver to recover from the toxin load from your cells
  • Drinks lots of water to flush things out
  • If you have diarrhea-like symptoms, do not take anti-diarrheal but let the body dispose of as much poo as it needs to.
  • If you have constipation-type symptoms, take high doses of oral vitamin C and magnesium which can cause loose motion (a good thing here). Try a colonic if you’re up for it.
  • Take a magnesium salt bath. The magnesium can help draw out more toxins from your skin, speeding up the process of toxin extraction.
  • If you are familiar with intermittent fasting, it’s a good thing to try to let your digestive system take a break. Alternatively, consider going on a bone broth day. The fat and protein in the broth should keep you satiated. If you would like to do a juice fast instead, do include lots of vegetables in it as a fruit only juice can make you feel worse (due to its effect on insulin). Add some coconut oil to it to slow it down.
Athelete Support

Conditioning does not always equal health.
Exercise may be a “U” shaped curve that induces a free radical surge and micronutrient depletion.
The goal of this infusion is better recovery, better performance, and increased response to training.

Key ingredients:

  • L-arginine stimulates vasodilation, supporting increased blood flow to active muscles
  • L-carnitine is a dipeptide that supports mitochondria which produce energy
  • Vitamin C to control free radical production
  • B-complex, and high-dose energy supporting B12
  • Magnesium is lost through sweat and can cause muscle cramping, and heart palpitations.
  • Glutathione, antioxidant
  • Glutamine – restore GI integrity

We recommend:
Infusion weekly x 3 weeks pre-event, the last drip the day before.

  • Weekly to monthly for maintenance or during training t
  • Best use for activities requiring cardiopulmonary reserve; this is not as valuable for power athletes
  • Continue oral supplements.
  • Monthly maintenance is common
Fountain of Youth- Anti-Aging

“Today’s healthcare challenges and tomorrow’s opportunity can only be met by those searching for deeper explanations of the body processes that generate health and disease. Life expectancy has come with little progress towards quality of life or the length of disease-free years. Most researchers believe that the maximum life span in humans is slightly over 110 years.” Indian J Plast Surg. 2008 Oct; 41(Suppl): S130–S133.

Key ingredients:
Replenishes your body with an array of supportive micronutrients

  • Arginine for arterial health
  • L- Carnitine for energy and mitochondrial support
  • B vitamins and Vitamin C which are essential for healthy cells
  • Glutathione – to reverse free radical overload
We recommend this as a monthly infusion x 12 months. Consider our IV membership.
Allergy Relief

Allergic rhinitis is caused by an abnormal immune response due to allergens that enter the body from the environment.

Key Ingredients:

  • Glutamine promotes the synthesis of proteins improves the level of immunoglobulin and helps repair a “leaky gut”.
The immune response triggers an inflammatory cascade of free radicals and cytokines that create the symptoms.
  • Vitamin C is an antioxidant that neutralizes the inflammatory cascade of free radicals and cytokines.
  • Glutathione as an IV push to neutralize free radical irritants.

We recommend:

Weekly infusions x 3

  • All packages of 3 receive a 10% discount on the regular price.
  • Continue infusions as needed throughout allergy season, typically, once per month.
  • May infuse as often as weekly. OK to use other allergy medications as needed.
Energy Infuser

The 9 water-soluble vitamins (8 B’s + C) are interdependent. In addition to all 8 essential B vitamins, plus vitamin C, this infusion is also loaded with high-dose L-carnitine to support energy production and mitochondrial function. Expect full or partial restoration of energy

When in doubt, this is the go-to infusion.

We recommend the following protocol:

  • IV weeks 1, 2 & 4, then based on response
  • Monthly maintenance is common.
Immunity Boost

Psychological or physical stress, lack of ideal nutrition or exercise, lack of healthy sleep, recent infection or treatment for bacterial illness leave us vulnerable to infection. People with persistent high risk are teachers, healthcare workers, people who are immune suppressed, or those taking immune-suppressing drugs. This cocktail does not induce resistant “superbugs” or disrupt the microbiota.

Key ingredients:

  • Vitamin C
  • Magnesium
  • B12
  • B complex
  • Zinc

We recommend a weekly infusion, especially during times of high exposure to pathogens

Integument Health for Skin, Nails, Hair

Collagen is the key protein that adds substance and texture to your skin. Elastin is the protein that allows it to keep its tone and flexibility. This IV gives the cells what they need to produce abundant and healthy collagen and elastin. The high-dose vitamin C, and biotin, along with B complex and glutathione antioxidants are designed to support the health of the skin, hair, and nails. This IV helps to support the skin and other connective tissue such as ligaments and tendons working at the cellular level from the inside out. This is a great compliment to aesthetic treatments.

We recommend:

  • An infusion at the time of any aesthetic treatment; IPL/ Laser/ PRP/ Micro-needling/Fills/ Sculptra.
    • When added to an aesthetic treatment, this infusion is discounted by 10%
  • Infusions to support hair transplant/ PRP treatments; Weekly x 3, then monthly for 1 year.
  • Infusions for scar Healing; Weekly x 2 , then every 2 weeks for 3 months
  • Infusions for sunburn –Weekly x 3
  • Infusions for a patient on oral retinoic acid (Accutane et al). Weekly x 2, then monthly.
Hangover Relief

The 9 water-soluble vitamins (8 B’s + C) are interdependent. In addition to all 8 essential B vitamins and vitamin C, this infusion is loaded with high-dose L-carnitine to support energy production and mitochondrial function. You should expect full or partial restoration of energy after a series of this infusion.

When in doubt, this is the go-to infusion.

We recommend the following protocol:
IV weeks 1, 2 & 4, then based on response.

  • Monthly maintenance is common
Headache Blaster

Whether it’s a migraine, muscle tension, or stress-induced headache, low levels of intracellular magnesium are a risk factor for more frequent and intense headaches. 99% of magnesium is intracellular (blood levels are unreliable). Magnesium is poorly absorbed orally. Magnesium is very safe to administer and can help prevent muscle cramping contribute to healthy heart rhythm and can even diminish irregular heartbeats.

We recommend:

  • Infusion at time of headache then follow up with weekly x 2 to reverse magnesium deficit
  • Then monthly to reduce the frequency and intensity of the headache
  • If you note a relapse of headache happening sooner, the interval can be shortened.
  • This is not a consideration if this is a first-time headache, a headache outside of your “normal” headache pain, or if there are neurologic symptoms such as weakness on one side of the body, difficulty speaking, dizziness, or trouble walking.
  • Continue oral magnesium.
  • Completely eliminating headaches may not be achievable for some people
NAD- Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide

NAD is a critical component of mitochondrial health. Levels of NAD decline as we age. The decline is felt to be a major contributor to mitochondrial degradation, and the aging process itself.
Aging often shows itself as a low-energy state with chronic fatigue, and increased risk of cancer, heart disease, and dementia can be safely administered via intravenous infusion. Many patients report a significant surge of brain clarity and energy following an infusion. In circumstances where your health is otherwise excellent, and the objective is primarily anti-aging

We recommend a monthly intravenous infusion for general mitochondrial support and anti-aging benefits, including preventing neurodegenerative decay.

Consider this infusion if you are over 40 years of age. Generally, it is not needed for otherwise healthy younger patients.
We offer a monthly NAD infusion membership to save on costs.

When NAD is given intravenously, some research has shown improvement in:

  • Mental Clarity
  • Alertness
  • Concentration
  • Memory
  • Fatigue

NAD (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) 500mg dose $449/ month

Do more, age less with NAD. By sustaining NAD levels, you may help delay your aging process. NAD supports healthy mitochondria which create 90% of your body’s energy. It supports metabolism which can help control weight. It is also essential for sustaining mental clarity, mood, and cardiac function. But remember, NAD cannot be absorbed as an oral supplement! Contact us to learn about our NAD IV, and options for use at home.

NAD may be effective in improving energy levels, mental clarity, mood, and brain fog, reducing cravings, & improving post-workout recovery. Contact us to learn more about the many benefits of NAD.

Anti-Aging researchers at Harvard have correlated NAD supplementation with the restoration of youthful energy and physical attributes. By sustaining NAD levels, you may help delay the aging process.

Myer’s Cocktail

Myers’ Cocktail is the “Gold Standard” for overall wellness. This formulation was created by Dr. John Myers, a physician in Baltimore, over 35 years ago to improve symptoms of chronic fatigue, depression, low energy, dehydration, immune support, headaches/ migraines, sinusitis, and acute muscle spasms.

The traditional cocktail contains:

  • Magnesium
  • Calcium
  • Vitamins B5, B6, B12
  • B-Complex
  • Vitamin C

Other ingredients may be added depending on your specific needs and overall health goals. The concentration of these nutrients in each cocktail is considered safe for most.

Post Viral Recovery

The post-viral infusion is used to treat symptoms of chronic fatigue, muscle pain, brain fog, and neuropathies often associated with conditions such as Long Covid, Chronic Lyme, Fibromyalgia, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
Although the cause of these conditions is not fully understood, it is felt that a component of the symptoms represents chronic inflammation.

The post-viral infusion contains:

  • Vitamin C
  • Magnesium Sulfate
  • Vitamin B12
  • B Complex
  • ALA
  • NAD
  • A separate infusion of glutathione

This protocol consists of 10 infusions for full benefit. You will have one infusion weekly for 3 consecutive weeks, then one infusion every 2 weeks for the next 8 weeks, and finally, the last three infusions are spaced out in 3-week intervals. After the therapy is complete, most people often choose to maintain their recovery infusion once a month to prevent relapse of symptoms.

Travel Protector

All forms of travel produce stress which can break down immune function. In addition, flying exposes us to super doses of ultraviolet radiation. The combination leads to a burst of free radicals. These inflammatory molecules attack our bodies leaving us vulnerable, rundown, and more likely to get sick. It is always the flu season inside of airports! This infusion assists immune support and anti-oxidation.

Key Ingredients:

  • Vitamin C
  • B12
  • B Complex
  • Zinc
  • Magnesium
  • Glutathione as a separate infusion

We recommend:

An infusion the week before departure then ASAP upon return

Boosters of ingredients may be added to most infusions to include:
  • Methylcobalamin (B12)
  • Ascorbic Acid
  • B Complex
  • Glutamine
