Consultation:
All prospective weight loss patients are required to have a consultation with the nurse practitioner to discuss weight loss goals, lifestyle, and options for weight loss that align with your goals, lifestyle, and budget. Consultation may be done as a telehealth visit or in person at the medspa clinic. Baseline labs are not always necessary, however, if deemed necessary there will be a cost of the labs and they are drawn at Bellissima Medspa. You may choose to submit lab results completed within the past 6 months.

Semaglutide
Semaglutide was first approved by the FDA for glucose control in type 2 diabetes under the trade name Ozempic. It is now approved for weight management under the trade name Wegovy and Rybelsus..
Immediately you will notice reduced hunger, reduced cravings, and increased feelings of fullness soon after eating. Over time this medication may improve insulin and leptin resistance which is quite common in people with PCOS and metabolic syndrome.
This medication may prevent the development of type 2 diabetes for those at risk, decrease the risk of heart attack and stroke (STEP trial), and protect the cardiac and renal systems.
We prescribe the active ingredient of semaglutide with another proven supplement for weight loss called L-Carnitine. L-Carnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid that plays a vital role in metabolism. It is synthesized in the body from the essential amino acid lysine and methionine. L-Carnitine supports weight loss and may enhance athletic performance. It helps promote fat burning, increases exercise capacity, and reduces muscle damage and fatigue.

Tirzepatide with Vitamin B
Tirzepatide is the generic name of the drug Mounjaro. We offer a compounded version of the drug sourced from reputable 503b compounding pharmacies.
Tirzepatide plus a once-weekly GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide) receptor and GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) receptor agonist and represents a new class of medicines studied for the treatment of obesity. Tirzepatide is a single peptide that triggers the body’s receptors for GIP and GLP-1, two natural incretin hormones. Cycanocobalamin is Vitamin B12. Cyanocobalamin will help increase energy.

Membership auto-delivers your medication when needed The Pay-as-you-go option is $600 upfront then $450/ vial. Your initial 2 vials will each last for 10 weeks.
The Pay-as-you-go option is beneficial for those on lower doses who do not require a full vial every month or those who don’t have as much weight to lose
