FAQ

Do you take Insurance?

We do not participate with any insurance companies; however, we will provide you with a superbill that you may submit for reimbursement. Payment for procedures and therapies are due in full by the day of treatment. We accept Cherry for financing, cash, and most major credit cards.

Can I get an emergency appointment?

If there is a complication that is considered emergent, we will make arrangements to see you as soon as possible. We ask that you contact us via text or phone call 845 600 5041 to discuss your issue and make appropriate arrangements.

What happens if I can't make my appointment?

We request that you cancel online through our booking portal or contact us directly via text or phone call 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours may incur charges.

Alicia was extremely professional and personable. She took her time to answer and explain in detail every question I - asked She went into great detail about the procedures and didn't begin until I was comfortable. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing any extra services. The Spa was clean and I felt very comfortable. Thank You very much for a wonderful experience!
