Initial Consultation: $199

Includes a complete medical history In addition, we will go review each lab result individually with you so you understand where you stand with your health. Lab fees are an additional cost. You may choose to have a requisition sent to Quest Diagnostics, Lab Corp, or have the blood drawn by us. Our fee for the blood draw is a flat rate of $200.

Testosterone Optimization Therapy: 

If you qualify and wish to proceed with testosterone optimization therapy, you will have weekly injections and have follow-up visits scheduled 8-12 weeks depending on your progress then every 6 months once stabilized. The program is set up as a monthly membership fee of $199/ month which includes the cost of your testosterone hormone, supplies, follow up appointments, and in office labs.



Testosterone cypionate 200mg/ml is the preferred method of delivery for testosterone optimization


Typical starting doses are 20-60mg topically daily. More concentrated gel/cream tends to have better effectiveness (60mg/ml, 1ml topically daily). Dose may be increased up to 100mg if necessary. Rub in well on non-hairy areas, such as inner arms or upper shoulders. Fat under the skin can increase conversion of testosterone to estrogen, and hairy skin is more likely to convert T to DHT.

Blood testing generally underestimates the tissue levels of testosterone when topical dosing is used and the timing of the test also has a very large effect on blood test results, so consistency is important. Blood spot or saliva testing is preferred for topical, but is still imperfect.


Intramuscular Injections:

  1. Wipe the top of the vial with alcohol
  2. Select the area for injection and wipe with alcohol.
  3. Inject straight into the large muscle of the buttock (the upper/outer quadrant) or upper thigh (upper outer quadrant of the quadriceps)
  4. Quickly insert the needle into the muscle.
  5. Inject the testosterone slowly.
  6. Withdraw the needle. Apply pressure and then a band aid.
  7. Repeat the injection weekly (or as directed).
  8. Rotate between left and right buttocks and/or quad muscles

Subcutaneous Injections:

  1. Wipe the top of the vial with alcohol
  2. Select the area for injection and wipe with alcohol. 
  3. Pinch the skin and fat of the abdomen between your fingers, to the side of the belly button. Inject the needle gently at a 45 degree angle and advance into the fatty tissue under the skin.
  4. Inject the testosterone slowly.
  5. Withdraw the needle.
  6. Apply pressure and then a band aid.
  7. Repeat the injection weekly (or as directed).
  8. Rotate between left and right sides of the abdomen. 
  9. Discard the needle and syringe with the cap on in a sharps container (available at the pharmacy) or you can make one from an empty plastic container with a lid.
  10. When the container is full, tape it securely closed and then discard it in the regular trash.
  11. When testing for testosterone levels, make sure to have your blood drawn in the morning, 3 days after an injection.

Daily vitamin and supplement intake is essential for maintaining good health. The following supplements are paramount to maintaining optimal control of systemic inflammation, free radicals, vascular health, and your immune system.

Recommended Daily Supplements:

Omega-3 Fatty Acids:

Omega-3 fatty acids have robust anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects in the body. These fatty acids are beneficial to maintaining heart and brain health. Do not just buy “fish oil” though. Make sure you are buying a supplement rich in purified omega-3 fatty acids. Read the label carefully. Avoid products that are laden with omega-6 fatty acids as these are pro-inflammatory. The ideal dose is 3000-5000mg of omega-3 fatty acids daily. Nordic Natural Ultimate Omega is a quality product.

Vitamin D3:

Vitamin D is actually a hormone. Vitamin D is essential in maintaining bone health and calcium regulation in the body. It also is important for our immune and vascular health. Vitamin D has anti-inflammatory properties and it influences skeletal muscle growth. A vast amount of the American public is vitamin D deficient. We will monitor your vitamin D levels regularly. Dosage:1000 -5000 iu daily by mouth or 200,000 iu intramuscular monthly


The 8 different types of B vitamins are essential in energy regulation within the body. Why do you think energy drinks contain B vitamins? B vitamins are important in the process of methylation within the cells of your body. It is critical in the regulation of protein function and gene expression. Deficient methylation is associated with cancer, coronary artery disease, stroke and other neurological diseases. Take 1 capsule/serving size daily. Make sure it’s a complete vitamin B complex. And do not be concerned when your urine turns bright yellow. This is completely normal. The most optimal way is a low dose Bcomplex capsule and supplementing with weekly B-12 injections for better absorption.

Vitamin C:

Vitamin C is probably one of the most well-known vitamins. It is essential in maintaining optimal immune health. Vitamin C is also a potent antioxidant and is integral in numerous biological processes including tissue repair, decreasing inflammation and preventing atherosclerosis (artery plaques.) Out of all the supplements, do not neglect taking vitamin C regularly! Strive to take 2000-5000mg a day. You should take 500-1000mg with every meal, this will quench all the free radicals produced after you eat.


Magnesium helps stabilize heart muscle and prevents arrhythmias. It also lowers blood pressure by dilating and relaxing blood vessels. It reduces the risk of developing osteoporosis by augmenting bone density and helps prevent muscle cramps. If you are prone to suffering from constipation, it also helps soften stools. If you are athletic, this is a must-have supplement. Take 500-1000mg daily before bed.


In addition to the above supplements, make sure you are ingesting daily probiotics. I prefer Greek yogurt with active cultures. If you do not like yogurt then buy a probiotic with at least 2 billion CFU per serving. And make sure it’s a refrigerated probiotic! I cannot stress this enough, the dry tablets are mostly dead bacteria and worthless.

Also, drink at least 1 gallon of water daily unless instructed otherwise by your primary care provider. Your urine should be clear and odorless!
